What to Do While Waiting for Baby, Part 2
By metropolitanmama | June 7, 2007

It’s your final trimester and you are tired of waiting. Here’s one suggestion to help you pass the time in a productive manner: Read.
Yes, do read books about pregnancy and childbirth…but do also expand your bookshelf to include books on baby care, discipline strategies, parenting, etc. Once the baby arrives, you will probably be hungry for the information, but you may not have the pleasure of sitting down on the couch to read a book.
Here are a few book titles to get you started. Anyone else have suggestions?
* Easy Labor: Every Woman’s Guide to Choosing Less Pain…by William Camann and Kathryn Alexander
* Born in the USA: How a Broken Maternity System Must Be Fixed…by Marsden Wagner
* What to Expect When You’re Expecting by Murkoff, Eisenberg, and Hathaway
* The Baby Book by William and Martha Sears

Since I know you haven’t read your favorite book of 2007 yet, I’d like to offer you a review copy of “Momma Zen: Walking the Crooked Path of Motherhood.” Just respond.
