Tees that are TuTu Cute

The word “summer” makes me think of swimming pools and family vacations, sunshine and bubbles, beaches and bathing suits, shorts and flip flops, tank tops and pink cheeks, bare toes and ice cream cones, romance and wonder.
There’s something a little bit dramatic about summertime, but also something casual and laidback. That combination describes Tu for Tee, a mom-owned business that specializes in tanks and tees “with just the right amount of frill, modern, and fun.”
You can choose between a tank, a short sleeve tee, or a long sleeve tee. Each shirt comes with an embroidered picture (choose between hearts and hawaiian flowers, ice cream cones and puppy dogs, butterflies and birthday cakes, and more!) and a small tutu stitched along the bottom. The tanks sell for $39.99, the short-sleeve tees sell for $44.99, and the long-sleeve tees sell for $49.99. Most shirts are available in size 6-12M all the way up to a kids size 8.
What can I say? These shirts are tutu cute! You can pick one up for yourself on the Tu for Tee website.

Oh my goodness, do these come in my size? I want one for me and one for each girl. If I have to choose, I’d say the Pink Butterfly tank in a size 4. what a clever concept for clothes… I have never seen this style before. i love the tank whale, since my daughter madeleine loves the ocean, although she has never seen a real whale, she sure loves going in the whale on the storybook land ride at disneland…

These are brilliant!
I think I’m liking the black tank with the skull on it. It’s original, and I plan on making matching bows for outfits like this!!
I would also buy the little boy tank like this, so that my best friends son (who will be 6 months younger than my baby girl) can wear it when they are both out together!

I would choose the spring owl tank, size 4. I’ve been eyeing these for a while! My daughter wants to wear a tutu e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e…but I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the whole tutu as actual clothing thing. These seem like a happy medium as they’re cutesy for her, but not too cheesy..and I do love owls!

I love these! A practical substitution for the little one that insists on wearing her tutu and other dress up clothes out to the grocery store. These are so cute I may just be inspired to dust off my sewing machine and make something like this for my own little girl! My favorite… shoot they are all so darn cute, but I’ll go with either the Octopus Green tank/Blue Tutu… or the Red Heart on Black tank/Red tutu. Can you tell I want them all for my little one!

I’m glad they have size 8 in girls because I think my 7 year old daughter would love the purple butterfly design tee. We recently raised butterflies from caterpillers and she’s a real nature lover. It would look so cute on her, and she’s a girly girl so the tu-tu part would be perfect.
