    Themed Weekend: Married Moments

    By metropolitanmama | April 5, 2008

married-moments.jpgThis week’s theme is all about marriage - how to ensure that yours is full of magical, magnificent, and mellifluous moments (go ahead and take a minute to look up that word - I didn’t know what it meant either, but I was looking for an “M” word and it fit.).

Stay tuned between April 5 (today) and April 7 (Monday) to read tips and articles about marriage. Plus, you’ll have an opportunity to win some fantastic giveaways and to engage in some great conversations.

I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes about love (and fitting for this particular month): “Strange that I did not know your love would bring to my hushed heart the sound of April singing…” (Marilu Jeans)

We just celebrated our 22 wedding anniversary yesterday, April 5th. My oldest children cooked chocolate French toast with fruit and fresh whipped cream for breakfast. My husband and I went to dinner in the evening, just the two of us. It was a nice day for us. Great timing with your theme.
