Home decorating is not my strongest suit. I do manage (with the help of my husband) to maintain a tidy and warm home, but the decor isn’t spectacular by any stretch of the imagination. It’s rather simple and clean-looking with a western flair.
That said, I do have two favorite pieces of art…both are hanging in my daughter’s room. The two professional-quality canvases feature a beautiful little girl with a clear blue eyes, long lashes, and the sweetest little lips…our daughter {pictured}.
Both canvases are from Photofiddle.com, a company that allows you to “transform your photos into professionally framed art.” Just upload your photo, pick your design, choose your size…and the artwork will ship in days. It’s really a wonderful concept.
I already have another piece on my “wish list” for after baby #2 arrives. I’m hoping to have a family photo taken of the four of us within that first year…and then I’d love to order a GIANT canvas for our dining room. This seems like a neat idea. I recently took a photography class to gain some skills in order to take nice pictures of my baby. I haven’t thought about how I might want to display the nice pictures I’ve taken.
