		<description>well, congratulations for tomorrow.  I used to run really fast (some people mistakenly believe I still do), but my greatest accomplishments are not the records I hold but the inner peace I get training for them in the first place.</description>

I&#039;m like you...I hate getting ready for the workout but once I&#039;m doing it and especially when I&#039;m finished I feel so much better.  It makes me better at everything else I do in life.

P.S...In addition to running I&#039;m really into yoga right now.  It&#039;s really transformed my body post-pregnancy.  I lost most of my weight but my body was still...different...you know!  But ever since I&#039;ve started practicing yoga I&#039;m stronger and trimmer over my whole body.  Grab a video and a mat and try it during naptime when you get a chance!</description>
