Oh Stephanie, that song was beautiful. Thanks. I had never heard it before. I have too many friends that this is applicable to… Come quickly, Lord!
Isn’t it? Two people sang it at Stephen’s memorial service and I’ve been thinking about it ever since.
I love the food forest idea – I hope it works well for Seattle! Also I completely agree – the guide to giving meals post is top-notch.
Me too! Seattle seems like an ideal place for it. I’d love to see similar projects here in Southern Arizona and in other cities across the country, but I’m curious how these kind of forests will be watered, weeded, and maintained.
Thanks for Tuesday Tours….I love the posts you find! Pamela’s article was great. I had never thought of buying at the salad bar, but what a quick and healthy way to stock up on dinner, especially on busy nights.
I know, right? That was such a smart suggestion. My only worry with salad bars is contamination since the foods are just “out in the open” all day.
I LOVED Pamela’s article and agree on salad bar and bulk bins… I usually spend about $10 at the whole foods salad bar and come back with a pretty yummy dinner for the four of us.

What do you get from the salad bar when you go that route? I’d love to hear how you make a meal so affordably!
Thank you for sharing that song, Stephanie. That hit nerves and wounds in my heart, in just the right way. My girls & I have been singing it all week.
