Hi, I’m Stephanie.
I love a lot of things…
I love:
- my handsome, heroic husband – his sandy-colored hair and thoughtful green eyes, the way he can fix anything (from cars to computers to bad days), the fact that he cares for his girls.
- my two gorgeous little girls – our active, adorable 3-year-old and our peaceful, pretty 10-month-old.
- living in Arizona – the spectacular sunsets, the incredible weather, the fact that we can get to snow or the sea in four hours or less.
- blogging – this little corner of the blogosphere that allows me to connect to friends and companies and causes from all over the world.
- running, but I’m not really the marathon type. I like 5Ks and being fit – the way it feels to be strong and healthy.

Formal Bio: Stephanie Sheaffer works in the PR industry by day (part-time, from home) and blogs at Metropolitan Mama by night. She has her B.A. in English, her Masters in Educational Counseling, and dreams of pursuing her Ph.D. She considers time to be her most precious asset and she guards it fiercely. When not blogging, writing, or working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her handsome, heroic husband and her two gorgeous little girls. She is fond of running, reading non-fiction, and thinking up ways to help people in need.
