What a sweet girl! I still wish I lived close enough to my parents to visit everyday. I'm loving my young toddler's antics, but I'm looking forward to when he starts saying sweet things like this.
Oh, I love this post. My heart aches to think of a time when there won't be the pitter patter of their little feet on my floor. As they get older, my prayer is that our relationship will only deepen and that they will know that they are ALWAYS welcome. Then, of course, there will be the blessing of two generations of pitter patters on my floor, which I can only imagine will be twice as amazing.
Awwww, thats precious. I love those lil conversations, they carry so much weight. My daughter always tells me "Mommy, you are my best friend" and it just makes my heart melt.
That is so sweet! Although, if you are anything like my parents, you will be beating down the front door of HER house to spend time with your grandkids!
So sweet. My son, almost three, has told me he will build me a cabin right next to his :) And always asks me "When I'm a big man can I do that?" (ie handle knives etc.)
I love how sometimes you find a blog where you see others enjoying some of the same pleasures in life. :) We talk about "when I'm grown up..." all the time. And it always makes me smile. Mine are just starting to break off into independence mode now, with "maybe I'll come every day or maybe sometimes I'll be busy and will drop my kids off for you to watch while I go get something done." Cheers to you!

So sweet! Levi says he wants to live next door to me. It's heart melting and humbling to know how much they love and depend on us right now.
